1. Eat healthy: your diet has a very direct impact on your body. If you eat healthy stuff, you will naturally be more energetic and have less urges as well.
2. Exercise: your body isn't meant for sitting around all day. Get up and exercise, you will feel better and even have better concentration while working. Also less urges.
3. Meditation: meditating daily helps your mind a lot. You can transfer your se*ual energy, increase your willpower and concentrate more.
4. Make a schedule: you should have a schedule and a to do list for every single day. This way you'll know what you are supposed to do and will have almost no free time thus decreasing the chances of a relapse.
