My 10 min meditation today, ended up in a prayer and good tears (very good tears).

I started with my physical body. Recognized easily all the tension gathered: for me it is in the arms, hands, fingers legs and shoulders. I checked my body, my center, I went into my emotions and wrote some things in there, then I travelled to my mental, and stayed in silence, peace.

Then I went above, in the spiritual realm. I put my prayers there and teared a bit. Now happy, and heading the gym 😉! Good day to all of you!
