Introduction
The monkey mind is characterised by our attention being super erratic- switching from one thing to another, thus an inability to consciously use the mind.
After recently moving out and having no internet for a week, I discovered how the mind is without constant titillation. Like a city-dweller in the forest, life was raw. Life was beautifully simple.
A simple and easy fix for this is to, like a fast, relieve oneself of the constant stimuli of technology. Many people are unknowingly relying on the internet to distract them from the present moment.
